Fred J. Mueller
Chairman & CEO

Mr. Mueller has been an executive, advisor and investor in technology and communications for over 30 years, and has also been instrumental in financing, managing and growing high tech companies. He most recently was President of Visual Network Group, a subsidiary of a National broadband carrier. Prior to that, he was Chief Executive Officer of FreBon International Corporation, a worldwide video conferencing and network services provider. During his tenure with FreBon, he was instrumental in expanding the company from a virtual startup to one of the largest and most recognized providers in the USA, with clients in 42 States and 10 foreign countries. FreBon was also a major supplier of visual technologies to the Federal Government and received numerous awards for design and implementation of visual solutions.

Paul A. Braun
President

Mr. Braun has over 25 years of experience in building companies, developing new markets for products and services, and executing successful exit strategies for the shareholders. Most recently, Mr. Braun was Co-Founder and President of VIDISolutions, the predecessor to the VIDITalk Corporation. Prior to that he was President and a General Partner of AeroNY, which he sold to AeroGroup International. He was Vice President and a General Partner of Thriftway Associates, which was sold to a Fortune 500 company in 1998. Mr. Braun also co-founded TakoFold USA, a dealer of graphic arts equipment, where he served as VP of Sales. Mr. Braun has been a featured guest on CNNfn’s Market Call as the “Maverick in the Morning”. CBS MarketWatch and on the Ernst & Young Weekend Business Report.

Dr. John G. Hayes
Executive Vice President

Dr. Hayes has held senior executive positions in Quality Leadership Development, educational content delivery, International business development, strategic business partnerships/alliances, mergers and acquisitions, marketing and sales leading technology firms such as Net2000 Communications and FreBon International and Retrieval Technologies Inc. Dr. Hayes also served as the Director of Global Business Development for American International Group (AIG), responsible for developing new programs for trade finance and export trade insurance. Also worthy of note, Dr. Hayes was the first Executive Director of the Malcolm Baldrige National Quality Award Program (MBNQAP) and Executive Director of President Reagan's international trade effort EXPORT NOW.

Justin Matsubara
Chief Software Architect

Mr. Matsubara is an information technology expert with experience in multi-million dollar project management. He has extensive software engineering experience both as a developer and as a project manager. Most recently, Mr. Matsubara was Co-Founder and Director of Technology of VIDISolutions, the predecessor to the VIDITalk Corporation. Prior to that, Mr. Matsubara was a Senior Consultant at Xpedior. His former clients include IBM, Citigroup, Time Warner, Pepsi-Cola and Baxter Healthcare. Mr. Matsubara has acted as a consultant to Pirelli, First Chicago Bank and GE Capital where he managed software development projects enabling key e-business initiatives.

Jamie Addessi
Director of Technology

Mr. Addessi is a lead technology professional with expertise in cutting-edge Internet software projects.  He has management experience with design and development teams in various environments, including large corporations, start-up companies, and distributed projects.  Prior to joining the company, Mr. Addessi served as Chief Technical Officer of LX Systems, Inc.  During his tenure, LX Systems’ technologies achieved breakthrough improvements to data delivery for three major online content delivery services which obtained over 10 million combined consumer downloads.  Mr. Addessi has also held management and engineering positions with Nortel Networks and American Management Systems.

Francis X. Knott II
Vice President, Business Development

Mr. Knott has over 15 years of technology, healthcare, software and interactive media experience building companies, growing revenue and launching and marketing new products. Most recently Mr. Knott served as Vice President for Aether Systems where he was responsible for mergers and acquisitions, corporate development and managing its Mobile Office division, which he sold to Telecommunication Systems and served as Vice President. Prior to Aether, Mr. Knott was Director of Corporate Development for Alta Vista where his responsibilities included equity investments, content licensing and developing strategic partnerships. Mr. Knott also served as Vice President of Business Development for Metropolitan Health Networks and was instrumental in its acquisition strategy and its initial public offering.

Joseph D. Gatto
Vice President, Enterprise Solutions

Mr. Gatto has over 15 years of experience in the mobile communications industry with extensive knowledge in the areas of business development, sales, and international partnerships. He has held key management positions with a major wireless service operator, mobile content publisher and mobile solutions providers. Most recently, Mr. Gatto was Vice President of International Sales for SkyZone Entertainment, a mobile games publisher and subsidiary of SK Group. He was responsible for expanding global distribution and instrumental in developing over 80+ channels with wireless carriers, mobile content portals, and retail partners. As Vice President of Alliances at Aether Systems, he formed long-term strategic partnerships resulting in co-developed enterprise mobile solutions with organizations such as Sharp Electronics, Verizon, EDS, and Samsung. Prior to that, Mr. Gatto spent seven years with SkyTel in various sales and technical sales capacities focused on wireless application sales leveraging SkyTel’s 2-Way messaging network.
